Our founder and President, John Pagenkopf leads a team of subject-matter professionals who are hand picked for each assignment the firm undertakes.
With more than two decades of diverse experience in real estate development and land design, John began his career as a residential project manager. Since 1985, he has:
- Supervised subcontracting and scheduling trades for DKM Enterprises,
- Built a staff of 20+ designers in regional offices for Toll Bros, and
- Managed the in-house design team of architects, interior designers and engineers for South Jersey’s largest commercial developer, Whitesell.
John’s award-winning work has included everything from hosting a design charrette for a 2,500-home, master-planned golf course communities to creating a 100-square foot knot garden.
John balances his professional experience with substantial government service at the municipal level. As chair of his township’s Planning Board, as a member of the Township Committee and as Mayor, John has seen land use from “the other side.”
